Acquired a Hamburg based manufacturer of air-conditioning, refrigeration, piping and fire fighting systems from Thyssen Krupp. The company has a 125-year history of designing and producing innovative, custom-made solutions using leading-edge technology. Noske Kaeser has an annual turnover in excess of NZ$140 million and employs over 300 employees worldwide.

Hunter Capital Partners were involved in the sale process to New Zealand based investors and continues to be involved in turning the business around. This company is poised for substantial growth in sectors such as container ships, ferries, super yachts and cruise liners. Facilitated the complex sale of CMN Inc to the European Insurance company Generali through their French company Europ-Assist. Based in Canada and the Caribbean, CMN Inc is an international health management company that seamlessly integrates services among hospitals and physicians thereby assisting clients to successfully navigate an increasingly complex global health care system with ease and economy.
